FCA, a nonprofit federation of consumer information societies, supports increased funeral consumer protection. The FCA monitors funeral industry trends and practices and exposes abuses. The Cincinnati chapter provides its members with a list of local funeral homes which have agreed to provide low-cost end-of-life services.
