Santa Maria Community ServicesWellness Program
Offers health education and resources for underinsured or uninsured individuals through home visits, public health fairs and events, and at various health sites. Program helps with prescription access, medications, medical supplies, eyeglasses, hearing aids, health promotion support, and educational activities.
Bienestar
Provides health and wellness services for Hispanic/Latino population in Greater Cincinnati area. Services include health education, government assistance programs information and guidance, medical and social services referrals, health fairs, healthcare system navigation, and assistance with medical appointments.
