To receive help you must live in the 45223 zip code
You must bring:
~ Photo ID
~ Current proof of address (utility bill or other business mail)
~ Verification of household members (social security card, birth certificate, medical card, school papers, etc.)

Choice Pantry Hours:
Mondays 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am -1:00pm
In case of bad weather, we follow Cincinnati Public schools.
