Description:

Shared Harvest Foodbank collects, warehouses, transports and distributes contributions of wholesome surplus food and other grocery style products to 100+ food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and similar non-profits in Butler, Warren, Preble, Darke and Miami counties which provide either hot meals or bags of groceries to people in emergency need. The foodbank also is a mixing center providing USDA commodities to five sister foodbanks serving an additional 34 Ohio counties. They distribute an average of 10 million pounds of groceries each year.
