How to Print your Search Results

To Print a Single Resource - Click the “Print Resource” link within the resource listing to view a printer-friendly page. When the page opens, right-click within the page and select “Print”.

To Print Multiple Resources - First, select specific resources for your list by checking the “Add to List” box next to each resource. Or, to print all the resources shown on the page, check the “Add All To Print List” box. Next, click “Print List” to generate a printer-friendly PDF document. You can then print the document or save it to your computer.

Parish Health Ministry

The role of the Parish Nurse:

  • Health Educator
  • Health Counselor - The Parish Nurse serves as a source for reliable health information and, as necessary, can make home/hospital/nursing home visits
  • Referral Source - The Parish Nurse helps people connect with community support groups, resources, and services
  • Facilitator - The Parish Nurse recruits and coordinates volunteers and support groups within the parish and local community

The majority of staff work 20 hours a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Anticipate a 24-48 hour response time.

There are many other churches that have a Parish Nurse Ministry. Call the church in your area to see if the service is available.
